Getting set up, one step at a time

Fai runs a private streaming service called HAZARD-OS — think of it like a personal Netflix for friends, family, and co-workers. This page walks you through everything from scratch. No tech skills needed, and each step takes just a few minutes.

Create your account

Tap the button below. It opens an invite page that walks you through making your account — you'll pick an email and a password.

Write down the email and password you use. You'll sign in with this same account on your TV and phone in the next steps.

Get the Plex app

Plex is the app you'll watch everything in — like the Netflix app, but for Fai's collection. Install it on whatever you like to watch on:

Smart TV / Roku / Fire Stick / Apple TV: open your TV's app store, search for "Plex", and install it. It's free.
Phone or tablet: search "Plex" in the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android).
Computer: no install needed — just go to app.plex.tv in your web browser.

If the app asks you to pay or start a trial, skip it. You don't need any paid Plex features to watch.

Sign in and find Fai's collection

Open the Plex app and sign in with the account from Step 1. Some TVs will show a short code and ask you to visit plex.tv/link on your phone — just follow what's on the screen.

Once you're in, look for the libraries named under HAZARD-OS — usually "Movies" and "TV Shows" in the menu on the left side.

Plex also shows its own free channels and "live TV" mixed in. If something looks unfamiliar or asks for money, that's Plex's stuff — not Fai's. His collection lives under the HAZARD-OS name.

Ask for anything that's missing

Can't find a movie or show you want? There's a request site. Sign in with the same account, search for what you want, and press Request. It usually appears in Plex within a few hours — no need to ask Fai directly.
